What the tool does
LumberCalc calculates volume from the explicit dimensions and quantities you enter. It can multiply the total board feet by an optional quoted unit price.
Check the dimension basis
Nominal, measured and supplier-listed sizes can differ. LumberCalc labels your chosen basis but never guesses a conversion. Confirm the dimensions, grade, moisture, waste and pricing basis with your supplier.
Not structural advice
The tool does not assess load, span, species, grade, code compliance, cut layout, kerf, waste, moisture, weight or suitability for construction.
